How much is Postage?
All items are shipped with tracking via Australia Post from Brisbane, Queensland.
Postage will be calculated at checkout. FREE DELIVERY for all orders over $80 (Australia wide).
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email. To check the progress of your parcel, you can enter your tracking number here. here.
Do You Accept Returns?
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to process returns for change of mind. If any of your purchased products arrive with defects or are damaged during transit, kindly reach out to us at hello@julsi.com.au within 7 days of your purchase.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Everything featured on our website is pre-made, which means you won't experience any delays in receiving your order.
Our goal is to dispatch your order promptly, typically within 1 business day. Nevertheless, during peak times, please allow up to 3 business days to process, pack, and send out your order.
If a remake has been requested, please allow up to a week to remake plus postage time. Rest assured it will be made as quickly as possible. As these items are handmade, we will make every effort to ensure that each piece closely resembles the intended design. However, due to the handmade nature, there may be slight variations.
Is it possible to make an online purchase and then collect it in person?
If you're keen to purchase an online item without incurring shipping costs, we provide the option for local pickup from our weekly market that we attend.
